Since 1870, Chaumet has made more than 1500 crowns, ornaments which crown the head of the sovereign. At the end of the late nineteenth century, these diamond jewellery depicting leaves, flowers and water drops. One of the most famous? The tiara in platinum and diamonds created in 1919 for the Duchess of Bourbon Parma.
